The Unreal Tools, from Clan Deviants, will be an essential part of the Unreal Tournament 3 on-line gaming experience. Simple, effective, standalone-tools that, individually, do not try to be "all things to all people." While feature-rich, the Tools are elegant in their straightforward simplicity.
The DvT Unreal Tools for UT3 are still in development and will be released soon. At this time what "soon" means is still unknown — "When it's ready" is the current best guess as to a release date.
The current direction in the development of the UT3 Tools is for them to have the same feature sets and User Interfaces as the Tools for UT2004 (click on the link at the top right for info on the UT2004 Tools). This may not be possible unless Epic changes the ways that UT3 does a number of things in the next few patches to the game.
